When plans change

If you need to cancel or change a purchased tour package, you can find the help you need here.

Important note about penalties:
Most impose a penalty fee of per traveller for changes and cancellations, plus any applicable increase in the fare. Some tickets, packages are non-refundable, but can be applied (for a limited time) toward future travel, less any applicable penalties. Some packages do not allow changes. These are just estimates.

Refund Policy for Cancellation

30 days before tour date	Package cost less 35%
29 to 15 days before tour date	Package cost less 55%
Below 14 days before tour date	Package cost less 80%
No show on tour date	No Refund

Policy for Amendments and Changes

• Balances from Cancellations and Changes can be used to redeem other tour packages offered.
• Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used for the initial payment. No Wire or Telegraphic Transfer will be made for payments received from Credit Cards.
