At the Magahavat, the processing of sago, take the chance to taste the sago, one of the staple foods in Sabah prepared like porridge traditionally, sticky in texture and eaten in small portions with a contarsting sour gravy. Apart from the sago, the sago grub know as butod that feeds on the sago tree bark is also traditional delicacy and is cooked in various ways.
